Home » Risk Management » Workers Compensation Insurance Workers Compensation Insurance With respect to workers compensation insurance, The PSP Group provides the following services: Handle all workers compensation audits Produce the required records for auditors Process the workers comp claims Attend hearings on work comp cases Act as an intermediary between employees and employers to ensure that the processing of claims goes smoothly and without error The PSP Group handles the collecting and remitting of payments for workers compensation. We arrange for employers to pay on a weekly basis. The benefit of this arrangement is that employers do have to provide an initial deposit. Once the employer is contracted with PSP, we cover the initial deposit amount. The employer then pays with the weekly payroll, and the amount is calculated weekly based on the exact payroll amounts, In this way, there is no underpayment, and the employer will not get hit with a bill at end of the period. The audit will zero out - nothing owed.
