The PSP Group provides the following Employer Relations services:
- Upon contracting with PSP, both the employer and employees receive a detailed pamphlet
outlining our services.
- Hiring & firing
- It is at the employer's discretion whether or not we handle their hiring or firing of employees. If employers require a witness, we provide that service as well.
- Headhunting service - we make sure you find the right employee.
- Background checks for prospective hires, including requirements such as drug testing and criminal background checks.
- Orientation - our representative visits the work site and provides an orientation for both employers and employees, to explain how our services affect the employer/employee relationship, and what tangible benefits this newfound relationship will bring.
- Employee handbook - we walk employers through the entire employment package, handbook, and application. (We also provide this service for employees.)
- Unemployment claims, processing & hearing attendance
- Record-keeping - PSP ensures that all record compliance is properly up-to-date. We keep all employee files at our office, so
Department of Labor
audits are handled at our facility, not yours.
- Archiving - all records are scanned onto our server and also backed up to a separate location.
